Vulnerable open work Permit process time

I will share my timeline for the open work permit for Vulnerable Workers.
My representative
applied for it on 16 Sep
got a submission letter on 17 Sep
Today I got an approved letter which is 9 Oct.
it is a pretty quick process time!

If you haven’t committed fraud and were employed and applying for PR why did you apply for a VOWP? Sadly appears they are approving everyone given processing times are now extremely fast and many are applying to try to extend their WPs.

Did you pay for employment? The consultant seems to have suggested there was never a job but once in Canada could secure another WP LMIA. This typically involves immigration fraud for all parties involved.

What do you mean for refused to give work?
If you are under Lmia, you should have a full time job offer and contract with signed you and your employer which sent to ircc. Employer should be following that way. If they didnot it is abused

Do you have a job offer and contract under your employer? I assumed that you might have these one. Cause it should be added when you apply your closed work permit. It is mandatory. If you need some help just answer with my questions. I am talking as mean and rude. Also, I know that it is frustrated but you need to figure it out. As I got my VOWP last week. I am able to tell what should you to obtain vowp.

Yes, sure. Let me know because they are still not giving work but they are not rude how we can apply for VOWP?

Assume with the abuse you have filed reports with police, labour tribunals etc. Keep clear documentation of the abuse through letters, emails etc. File online for VOWP.

They are not abusing, so you mean by not giving work as a abuse and file a report against them. ??

I told you, you need to answer what I am asking to you. Do you have a contract and job offer under you employee? I can not say anything if you did not answer my qeustion, if you have these ones, read the contract and job offer what they are saying per week hrs.
If they did not give you mentioned hrs, that it a against law, it can lead as abusing, due to your living, rent, food, and insuarance.

Yes, they told 40 hours in the papers for work.

Vulnerable open work permit is for people who were abused from previous/current closed work permit employer.
You didn't get abused by your previous employer because you didn't even start working. WHY do you think you qualify for vulnerable open work permit?
