The past two time my fiancee came up to canada from USA she got a visitors record, this time she just got a stamp in her passport, like the stamp she got with the other two visitors record, with the date underneath,
because she didnt get a visitors record, does she have the 6 months? or does she have to leave by the date?
without the visitors record, will they know if she doesnt leave by that date and juststays for six months?
and how do we extend it knowing she didnt get a visitors record

Which country is your partner from?

You can only stay the allowed period depending on which country you are from. This is from the last stamp of entry in your passport. You can apply for an extension of visitor status via the immi website.
