I apply for visitor visa on my birthday invitation from canada.but i got refusal 2 times ..can i apply hurry after refusal for canada visitor visa again ?

Why were you refused? You can apply as much as you want but if the issue is still there you are going to be denied again.

Ok .But some agents tell me after few days gaf u can apply again..not yet now in hurry..
Visa officer didnt give me visa bcz they tells in refusal that they are not satisfied with my file application and ties of country. I dont know what can i do now ??

U NEED TO SHOW PROOF THAT U ARE NOT GONNA STAY THERE N U NEED TO HV MORE ASSETS N DONT ASK MONEY FROM SOMEONE N PUT T DA BANK ACC N SHOW STAY FOR A WHILE MAINTAIN A BANK ACC TO U NAME LYK HV CONTINOUS TRANSACTIONS OR ELSE IF U DONT HV A BIG WEALTH TALK WITH ONE OF U R RELATION WHO IS RICH N WHO DOES MANY BANK TRANSACTIONS ALWAYS TO CONVERT THE BANK NAME TO U NAME N MAINTAIN IT FOR LYK 5 months then ORGANIZe THE APPLICATIONS WELL DONT MAKE ANY MISTAKES THESE ARE DA MAIN POINTS IF U NEED TO KNOW MORE TELL ME BUT IM ONLY TALKING BOUT SINGLE ENTRY CAUSE ITS HARD TO GET VISA FOR FAMILY

This will not work. The visa officer is smart to do the math to check whether or not the applicant's income adds up to the rich relative's bank balance

Canada Visa Refusal : Student Visa - Twice ( Dec 2010 - May 2011 )
International Visit : Thailand ( Apr 2018 )

Family Info:
Sibling in Canada : Elder Brother ( Canadian Passport Holder living since 2010 )
Parents : Super visa holder

Financial:
Income : 480K (INR)
Current Bank Account : 800K ( Fixed Diposit ) + Income
Income Tax Return : Last 3 years

Express Entry:
CRS Score : 351 ( Created on 22Feb 2018 )

The main purpose of visit is to find a job so that it will help me to get PR.
What are my chances of getting visitor visa. I am planning to visit in Dec-2018.
Any help is appreciated.

no no dont apply yet as i think u need to hv more international travels dont be hurry also show da educations qualifications which satisfy da visa officers first travel to some countries lyk japan usa london n then next apply canada u hv been refused as i think cause u dont hv much international travel records

Unfortunately, travel to Thailand does not count as Travel History.

No, it is not necessary to visit a number of other countries first before applying for a TRV. Your ties to India matter more than the stamps/visas in your passport.

Your income is low. I'm assuming this is pre-tax income. You would want to demonstrate that you have a reasonably good financial situation because presently you have the risk of a TRV refusal for 'Employment prospects'.... considering your income.

FDs cannot be shown as funds available for your visit. They can be included as part of your overall financial situation.

It is not advisable to state your purpose of visit as wanting to find a job. This will most likely result in a refusal because it indicates intention to remain long-term in Canada.

That said, it is quite difficult to find an employer who will go through the LMIA process for your area of work as a web developer

At that time the reason for inviting him was, we baught new home. At this time I am going to have my Convocation in Feb 2019. What things I need to keep in mind when I am applying.

Your brother must prove he has strong reasons to return to India (his employment + property/land ownership or a lease agreement + his family + good financial situation without borrowing from anyone/depending on you, etc).

Do not limit his purpose of visit to just the convocation. Do include a detailed day-by-day plan for his visit for sightseeing, meeting you, etc with expense estimates.
