Hi,
I processed visitor visa for my aunt(widowed) from India and her application got rejected with following reasons.
Myself and my wife are PR holders and we showed our funds bank and employment pay statements.
we submitted travel itenary (not ticket), enough proof of funds(bank balance, fixed deposits, property document), family information form (clearly says Son lives in Singapore and her dad lives in India).
Please suggest what all documents I can show if I have to re-submit application again ?
Also, if we re-submit application how long does it take (she has biometrics already)? Her tentative travel date is 1st week of October.
Please help !
I processed visitor visa for my aunt(widowed) from India and her application got rejected with following reasons.
- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR
- Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself
- You do not have significant family ties outside Canada
