Hi I have been PR since 2018 , I applied for my parents visitor visa in 2022 but it got rejected because of three reasons- 1. Insufficient funds ( most of my dad's money is in Fixed deposits) 2. Reason for visit was not strong enough 3. strong ties to Canada ( my brother is also PR ) . Now I want to reapply because I am planning to get married here in Canada . I have a full time job but my brother recently got laid off . What kind of documents do I need for this application .

They need to address the refusal reasons

Not you . You aren’t traveling
They want to focus on WHY they’ll leave, and less on WHY they have to visit

You working , brother laid off is irrelevant. They are funding their own trip

Be prepared that maybe only one will get a visa , the other parent is a tie they’ll return

If your parents are in a similar situation your parents may need a supervisa. If you meet LICO for 2024 that may be an option.
