No, there was an option for Upfront Medical where I uploaded the document that I received from the hospital

I apply through ircc portal i havent get that option

Not yet. Submitted on 5th December. Received and under processing at IRCC from 9th. Based on other comments, I think it is taking about a month. Expect ours by Jan 1st week. Will update.
