Where exactly in GC Key is the counterfoil information updated?

It gets updated in GC key in “Document Status section” above “Messages about your application “

The “Document Status” section gets added at a later stage? I only see the “messages about your application” section.

Also, may I know when you submitted your initial application and gave your biometrics?

Got dispatch message today and counterfoil updated in Gc key.
Passport received by IRCC - nov 18th
Dispatched - Dec 12th

Same time line but for trv I can see my counterfoil updated today but never got the dispatch message today so maybe tomorrow.

Got the update today that passport was dispatched back to VFS from IRCC office. Just now got the VFS update as well that it has been processed for delivery, so I guess courier will get that to us in a couple of days.

Dec 11-Passport dispatched - message received at 8:30 am
Dec 12-Passport delivered with COPR at 6 pm (COPR required at port of entry, open package with caution)
