My passport also reached IRCC Delhi on 4 March. But no message yet for counterfoil update.
my parents passport also reached march 4 and just got the counterfoil update 2 minutes ago, so i believe you will get it soon too
I created a webform 2days back. Today I received a mail from Delhi office.
" Dear Applicant
Thank you for your email. The counterfoil is printed. It will be affixed to the travel document and will be returned to you through the VAC 2- way courier service. Your patience is greatly appreciated."
Passport received on 5th March.
But Counterfoil not yet updated.

hat were the contents of your webform if you could please share? I submitted many webforms and never received a proper response. Thank you
Its good that you have received a specific reply atleast. I have raised many webforms but got only standard reply "under processing". My passport reached IRCC on11th march and I have a flight on 12 th April. Can you kindly share which web form did you use ( there are 2-3 different ones) . And what was your query ? Thanks.
They will replay if you have a real reason. But I didn't get any updates online.

My passport was received by the IRCC office in Delhi on March 5, 2025, for visa stamping and is currently under processing. I have booked flight to Canada scheduled for April 6, 2025, at 1:30 AM, with plans to depart for the airport on April 5, 2025. I am concerned about receiving my passport with the visa stamp before my departure. Changing my flight would incur significant costs, and I am uncertain about the appropriate steps to take. If possible, receiving the passport before April 5 would be ideal.

Thanks. I had sent a similar request with copy of my air tkt ( 12 th April) and visa to France. But no reply. Is there any specific webform for IRCC Delhi ? All webforms seem to go to Canada.
I am in the same boat as you, passport reached IRCC office on 5th March. My flight is booked on 6th April. Hopefully no major issues arise.

My passport was received at the IRCC office on March 4th. I received an email stating that the final decision has been made. The status in the IRCC portal shows 'Approved,' but the counterfoil has not been updated. Can someone please tell me where and how I can check for the counterfoil update ??? and how long does it take to dispatch the passport after the approved email
I got the message saying "We updated your application status". In the status update it says "April 1, 2025 Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below". However in the Final decision section, its the same old message dated 25 Feb saying "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details", and in the messages section, there are no new messages.
Will update if any further progress !!
