I did an upfront medical exam for my parents on September 24, 2024 Super Visa application However, I recently got a medical examination form from IRCC.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Do I need to redo the medical exam, or asked physician panel to resubmit my parents results to IRCC. I raised a query through the IRCC Web Form, but not getting satisfactory response from their end.
