Did anything change in your status online ?cali780 said:Applied online may 2 2016.
that's good, I was wondering if they would accept the same medical as of PR application, because for some of the applicants they asked medical again. GoodLuck with your application !!Singh23 said:Applied via paper application on May 2, had earlier TRV rejection
On linking my paper application to online account, status for medical says 'passed', I had provided the medical sheet used in the PR application, not sure if this is positive.
Thankyou so much. I don't have very high hopes. Don't have much ties here. But its worth a try.T.Rex87 said:Okay!! I have applied online.. now have to wait till i receive any update from CIC.. GoodLuck with your application
Congrats !! did you apply online? I'm surprised that they took only 2 days for PPRrahivirus said:I am writing this message to share my success story related to the visitor visa which my wife got recently. This forum helped me a lot in preparing my application. Before i share my experience i want to share the timeline for the visitor visa from NDVO
Applied on April 20th, 2016
Original passport request from NDVO : April 22nd 2016
Passport submitted: 25th April, 216
Passport received with visa : 28th April, 2016
Validity: till the lifetime of passport i.e. till 2023
I am a PR holder in Canada and applied for my wife's family sponsorship in January 2016 and our file is currently at NDVO . I decided to apply for my wife's visitor visa because it is really very hard to live apart from your spouse especially if you are newly married but somehow we managed to survive this long.
Wow.... those are really quick turnaround times. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting to receive the passport back from NDVO.rahivirus said:I am writing this message to share my success story related to the visitor visa which my wife got recently.
