I am totally against this cause, there were lot of people who married people from abroad just to get pr/citizenship of that country, if the marriage is not working out, simply take a divorce and prove it in the court that you were abused. If it cannot be proved then just go back to your home...

Just checked and Medical Result changed to Passed. This is the original medical submitted by us with the application. There was no re-medical or anything. Does that mean they are working on the file? Any one had same thing happened to them? Application/profile status Open...

Your other PGP application might suffer if they ask for income details. I am not sure how it all works but look into it.

For Alberta, you do get the health card if you are the spouse of a pr/citizen. One of my friends got it. You still have to pay for your medical for immigration, but otherwise doctor visits etc are covered.

So basically NDVO seems to working on files around end of july 2015? There are lot of pending applicants from earlier months waiting for dm/ppr, but end of july applicants have started receiving remed/adr/interviews. Good luck to all the pending applicants, hopefully you guys will hear...

I would assume so specially if Principal applicant is your dad? He must complete medical and get PR and land once in canada. Afterwards your mom can stay and get citizenship. Dad can choose to just renew his pr status. Maybe someone experienced can elaborate on this.

Well there has to be a criteria on which they picked up those files after July where some people got ppr's and other like him and me are still waiting. A simple computer generated criteria could be everyone with first marriages or everyone with 3 eyes or 9 fingers(Who knows). They must have just...
