Ya I am too much paranoid I guess but it's jus that I am banking on TRV since PR wait times are killing , but at the same time I don't wanna rush into the TRV thing and ruin the PR process hence thinking all the aspects thoroughly before applying.vnarayan said:@ shwemir,
I think you are thinking too much. It does not matter. They are not going to ask anything but even if the "worst case " scenario happens which is very highly unlikely you always have the answer that you applied for visitor visa and that you wanted to visit your husband while your PR is in process. They cannot say anything after that. Don't worry too much. Relax. Just prepare all your documents, if you have the plan of staying till you get the PR over here then I think you can resign the job or take sabbatical or whatever is the best option. In my case, my wife has resigned her job and she is going to come here soon. Our plan is to wait here till PR comes. So, if you think you are also in the same situation I would advise you also to do the same.

Vinod
1. Certainly not. People who are already in canada have received ppr while being there. So relax.RAJCAD said:Hello Vnarayan !
Congratulations for getting the TRV for your wife !!
I need an advice on the following matters, from you regarding - Applying for TRV for my wife currently living in India.
1) Some says applying for TRV has negative effects on the PR application in process ?
2) Did you submit the Invitation letter and the Solemnly declaration letter separate or as one letter ?
As I need some help in writing those letters, if you can share your letters that would be much appreciated.
Could you please email them at gupta.rajan1987 @ gmail.com
Thanks

i did not attach my company leave letter. so it doesn't come as a mandate doc. if any help, please feel free to ask. We are here to help about things what we are aware of.
Hello HI,vnarayan said:@ Telia,
Well for visitor visa if in london there are multiple VFS visa offices who process tourist visa then you can apply from some other visa office also. There is no compulsion that you have to apply for tourist visa in the same visa office where you applied for PR also.
All the best!!
