Visitor visa from London Vfs

Yes it just says in progress and unfortunately, the processing times on ircc are 411 days for a supervisa whereas in india its only 49 days!

Do you know anyone has got visitor visa from london recently?

I submitted my visitor visa application on 13th August and did my biometrics on 16 th but after 3 weeks still not a an update and my background verification still not completed . is it normal or bad sign?
