Not mandatory you can use any of your friend to receive GCMS notes on your behalf on email and then forwarded to you.

There is no key for gcms notes. You have to be in canada to order them from IRCC or if you have friends or relatives then they can order it on your behalf. If none of the options work then get it from caipsgcms.com.
@Helican can you please share your timeline and how you got visa after 2 refusals and what were the reasons thanks in advance.
actually, I had applied through express entry and since I could not meet the points so I decided to go with study permit. That was also rejected 2 times. My consultant messed up. Finally, I order the notes from caipsgcms.com and also got my statement of purpose prepared by them and then got my study permit.
Does background check normaly take more than2monthes?or when they accept the statment the send the case to background check?i mean couse my application take2mothe it mesns they send it to background check or not?
I remember when i was in us embessy in yerevan,armenia, the person was in charged forgot to call my name and i was seating there fot more than 2hours,im worried maybe this time canada's embessy do the same maybe im to lucky
I applied visitor visa 6 Sept.bt still waiting for reply..I m in merchant navy ..I have big travel history ..I visit lot of country from last ten year..I hve 2 different type American visa on my passport..they both valid..one valid for 5 year nd another one for 10 year...my case is genial bt still they taking time..now I m fed up nd going back to my job..I will come back to my home country after 6 month...cn u suggest me should I inform this embassy or not..
I applied 19sep and still waiting,i have one us visa and 14,16china visa,but one time they refused me for f***ing reson before,than i apply in 19sep and still waiting,nowedays embessy are so bussy becouse of christmas holidays and some national holidays during this period(from sep till now) so maybe the prosseceing time will take too long,or anther view is this,maybe they will send our application to background federal check,becouse first time they refused me after 2or3weeks.so we have to keep calm and still wait
