Anyone applied in the same time frame? if yes whats the outcome

My friend parents got visa confirmation in 1 day only

I applied from Canada , I am in Canada and i applied online through my cic ( So i believe its considered as inside Canada)
My parents are in India

Hi i got email from cic please submit your passport after 28 days,it means my mother visa approved pls tell me passport requested means....whats d chances for visa.and where to submit my mother passport she is in india.

Yes, it means approved. But, it should mention to submit passport within 30 days.
