Hello Experts..!
Me and my husband are PR and live in Canada at the moment. My daughter is a citizen.
I want to invite my parents and my brother to Canada for my Daughter’s Birthday. She is deeply attached to my parents as we were in India last year for 1 year and she misses them badly.
Both my parents are self employed and middle income family.
my brother is married and has one baby. He is working for US company from. He was on student visa in US for long but came to India in 2020.Got married and is working from home. He also had a 2 years canadian visitor visa which expired in 2020.
so is it a good idea to invite them all together? My parents and brother? Or should i just apply for my brother.
please guide

They can all apply. Your brother’s application is not tied to your parents. Your brother needs written authorization to travel for essential reasons. A birthday is not essential. When is the birthday because processing is long.

Birthday is in December, but i really want to reunite with my family for sometime specially for my daughter as she miss them too and i don't feel like travelling to India at this moment. So can i just apply for reunion with family and skip the birthday? Are there any chances for getting visa for a non-essential travel now?

You can try. processing is over 5 months so they need to apply ASAP as they may not be processed by December.
