Hi, I need some help. I applied for my Mother's visitor visa and it was denied as some of the documents were missing, I am planning on applying again. I am staying in Canada with a worker status and have applied for my PR (which I'll get in 4 - 5 months). My question is if the application is denied the second time, is there a ban from applying again for any visa or sponsorship?

YOu can apply as many times as you'd like to, just be sure that you are submitting all the required paperwork, as they do pay attention to refusals.

Hey Sofia,

I created her online account and then applied online and provided all the documents like purpose of visit keeping her as the first person. You can get the list of all required documents online before starting your application.

Type in 'Apply online for Canada Visa" in google and go to Govt. Of Canada website to start you online Questionnaire to see if you are Eligible to apply for Visa. If you are applying for your parents then you can keep one of them as accompanying. Finishing the questionnaire will give you a personalized checklist of what documents are required.

Hopefully this helps :)

Hm.. Do you realize that looking at your computer ID CIC could see where the file was created and forms filled? That you have NO rights to do that on your mother behalf without officially representing her ? And if they reject her visa because of that- it will be totally YOUR fault? ;)

You can fill in a use of representative form on your mother's behalf. Then you can manage her online account any way you wish.
