Hi All,

I am PR of Canada , planning to get married at this year end and would like to bring her after marriage with me to Canada.

The following are my queries

1) She shall apply for Visitor VISA (as a tourist without showing any ties to me) to Canada before getting married and I would then apply for an outland sponsorship. My concern is if her TRV gets rejected will it affect my Sponsorship application?

2. Also I plan to get her upfront medicals and PCC around 10 days before marriage (as we have tight schedules) and would apply for sponsorship visa within 1 month of marriage is that OK? Is the PCC & Medical done before marriage accepted for spousal application? According to me PPC & medical is valid for 1 year and it should not be a problem if done before marriage. Please confirm.

Thank You.

No, it won't.
