32 years old, Single
Working since 6 years
Has property on her name given by parents through gift deed
Travelled UK on student visa came back without over stay

What can be the possibilities of approval???

Nothing in these factors indicates an issue getting the visa. Of course it all depends on the details of your submission, but if the documents are all in order I don't see why you won't get a visa.

Lol ...6 long years in one company.
lol Good. Your chances are good. Just document and make copies of everything to support your application. Copy ot house title deed, bank statements, UK visa , copy of highest qualification .
I got my fist Canadian Visa at 24 years , single and no major assets. Just Document your stuff in a logical order and easy for reviewer to follow.
