hello all I want to travel to Canada for treatment have a chronic disease called psoriatic and I have family in Canada i've got a medical file special reports at the hospital What paperwork because in order to accept my request and wait your answer Thank you very much???
rather than tag onto 2 year old thread and create some confusion maybe create your own thread.

Assuming you are planning to apply for a visitor visa then i would think that mentioning that your sole purpose of coming to Canada is to seek medical treatment might be cause for refusal unless a really critical case where home country treatment not available at all.

Are you for example prepared for any significant financial considerations as a visitor, not resident, for any treatment ? Travel insurance unlikely to cover any existing medical conditions and for sure would not cover regular treatment only emergencies.

Have you made any contact through email with any hospitals to enquire about treatment options and costs as a visitor ? Having relatives in Canada would not benefit you as a visitor for hospital treatment costs.

You should start by finding a hospital that will do the treatment, before they show up. You may find they are unwilling to provide the treatment due to being publicly funded. No preferential treatment for foreigners.

Would also consider other countries like Malaysia. Cancer treatment in Canada could easily cost over a million dollars. Yes this is something you need to prearrange with the cancer centre and physicians. There will have to a financial arrangement in place and proof of assets for longterm care. Not done very often because you would likely need a hospital bed. Usually international patients come for surgery and short term care. Canadian hospital may say no.
