Hi, My husband applied her sister-in-law for visit visa. And just today we got a refusal letter for 3 reasons.
Officer not satisfied because of ;
-purpose of visit
-travel history
-unemployment status.

My husband invited her to visit us this Christmas and New Year. (My husband finished studying back home because She helped him financially and we want to give back). She was a full time house wife with 2kids; 6yrs old (with autism) and 3yrs old and married to his brother. Her husband is a motorcycle mechanic and they are doing an online business for buying old, fixed and resell motorcycle online. She doesn’t have any asset named on her. She had savings worth $3k but in the letter we we’ll be in charge in everything. Ticket, food and lodging.
How can we prove that she will leave Canada in her authorize stay? Need help please.

To get a TRV she has to show that she is able to pay for all her travel expenses and that she has strong ties to India. Her husband can show his savings as well. It would seem strange for an Indian housewife to travel on her own to Canada while her children stay home. Has she done any other international travel?

Sorry got confused with another post. She must be able to afford the travel on her own because unfortunately families do get into arguments and withdraw financial aid and cancel tickets. As a housewife it is unusual to leave your children and go on vacation alone to somewhere as far as Canada. She has children and a spouse to return to but unfortunately it is very common for women from the Philippines to go abroad to work while leaving their family at home. There are likely concerns that this is what will happen. Would order CAIPS and see if you can address the concerns before applying.
