Visit visa from UAE

Hi Guys

Please help and give me some comments thanks in advance.

I were got reject for 1st time apply for visit visa as below 3reasons
1. Purpose of visit:
2. Current employment situation:
3. Ties to your country of residence

Notes I am working in trading company in Dubai.

Now I am reapply for it again online will be sumbit below documents, please advice whether is it ok? or it's required some more documents.

1. Cover Letter
2. Application for Temporary Resident Visa(IMM 5257)
3. Family Information Form
4. Two Photos(passport size)
5. Photocopy of Passport and Visa page
6. 6 months Bank Statements
7. 6 months Pay Slip
8. 6 months Credit Card Statements
9. 6 months DEWA Bill
10. 6 months Etisalate Bill
11. Tenancy Contract
12. NOC Letter
13. Approval Leave
14. Trading Licence
15. Hotel Confirmation
16. Confirmed return air ticket
17. Travel Itinerary
18. Travel History
19. Travel Insurance

Dear, as what I have encountered about getting Canada TRV is..
50% of the case depends on papers, 50% depends on "LUCK"

IMO.. your papers sounds good.

You can also include:
1. Proofs of your immigration status in the UAE (residence visa, health card, etc)
2. Employment contract
3. Financial investments (if any)
