What documents are asking you? I have the same issue.
National identity document, passport, funds, employment letter, consent personal information and any additional documents. It doesn’t ask for letter of invitation and proof of relationship. I’m wondering if I should skip those or add them joined in the additional docs upload.

Interestingly, it doesnt even ask me about fund. Mine is just asking for passport as the required, and consent as the optional doc. I am so confused. I wonder perhaps we wrote sth wrong? Why even it doesnt generate fund for me??
Can forum asvise about our issue? Can someone help us see why we do not have these options by system?

It asked for the documents base in your answers. Maybe it only asked for passport because the person you applying for may have had a visa before.Interestingly, it doesnt even ask me about fund. My mom had a visitor visa before but it is expired. Can you please explain your perspectives? I really appreciate your thoughts.
That's the reason why. Once you mentioned that She had visa before it will only ask for identification and passport. You should upload expired visa, stamped pages and new passport as one file. In the supporting document section you can add proof of employment , proof of your status and funds in one document.My mom had a visitor visa before but it is expired. Thanks so much for your advice. Just as a thought, I did not mention in the application that my mom had visa. I only mentioned in the system that she had biometrics. Do you still think that this led system to generate only passport? Thanks so much again for your help

Hi can anyone answer this I applied my first application on 24 April 2021 with biometric and I applied my second application on 8 feb 2022 but I forgot to enter uci number in new portal it’s been 10 days my parents biometric section haven’t been filled yet. Should I reapply or if I do should I enter the uci with the biometric Or the recent one ?
