How old are your children since you are principal applicant? Are they students? As for their travel history, you say they travelled so assume it is to the US, NZ, AUS or UK. This is considered travel history.
They're all student. My son is College he is 20 yrs old and my daughter is Senior High, 17 yrs old. They travel to Singapore and Taiwan. Japan did not pushed through because of COVID.

Order their GCMS notes. I suspect that you were most likely approved and their applications refused is so that your home ties are strong and you return home to your children. They don’t have travel history that VOs want to see - US (you do), AUS, NZ, UK. I

Hi,
Applicant from India. I applied for my mother on Nov 3, received update of "application received" on Nov 4 and request for Biometrics on Nov 6.
However, there are no dates available for Biometrics until after Dec 10 and the letter states to do it before Dec 5. What should I do? Anyone here with the same issue? Already thought of responding via Webform but I dont know where is the file being processed of the 3 VAC offices in India.

Thanks in advance.

regards.
Hi,
Did you get any response for this? I'm also facing the same issue. The date we could book for my parents is Dec 14 but the deadline given is on or before Dec 10th. I raised a webform and the response I got is ' Have forwarded to the responsible officer' and nothing else.

I'm PR in Canada with wedding scheduled for 28th Nov 2021:

I applied visitor visa for my sister who is an IT professional in India.

Her timeline:
Application Submitted - Oct 14 2021
Biometrics - Oct 27 2021
Biometrics completed - October 27 2021 (shows in CIC Portal updated)
Background Check - We are process your background check.
Final Decision - Your application is in progress.
Country of Application: India

I applied for my parents too just before her and after their biometrics were done the got PPR within 3-5 days.

In my sister's I'm not sure why its taking so long.

Any feedback would be much appreciated guys.

Hi,

Which VFS did you submit biometrics in? I am trying for my parents and the availability is not available for until Dec 2021

Keep trying to get an appointment every day using a separate email id and phone number. They release fresh slots on a regular basis on instructions from IRCC. Once you get a better slot cancel the earlier one. Rinse and repeat till you get a favourable appointment.

Also, even if you don't IRCC knows about the problem with getting biometric appointments. They are accepting biometrics beyond the 30-day requirement too.

Hi All,

I am planning to apply visitor visa for my mother. Could some one who already applied visitor visa please clarify below queries ?

Account Statement:
1) The account statement is an optional support document in the portal. Therefore, can I show proof of funds in CAD from my bank account ? I will be bearing all her travel expenses including flight, food, stay etc.,
2) In case if we need to show her account statement, then what is the minimum amount we need to show in INR (Indian National Rupees) ?

Property Document:
1) As she is widow, is there a need to submit any Indian property documents as an additional proof that she will return back to India after her short trip ?

Any answers or pointers would be really helpful. Thank you in advance.

Best Regards

i don’t know if this helps, but i applied for my mom living in Nigeria. she’s retired and a trader. in the application i put that my husband and i will be fully responsible for her travel, so we only put our bank statements, paystubs and 2 years NOA. didn’t include anything from my mother. IRCC approved application in 8 days on new portal
