Hello Guys,
This is for your information that i have done my medicals on 26 th june 2012 and send the passports for stamping.After a long delay of 8 months they have asked for medical furtherance tests.I have completed on february 12th 2013 and still waiting for my visa. Can any one help me out.

Hi, when was your application received by CIO exactly? Because there are no updates for the applicants up to June 2012 as of now. Were you asked for sending your passport for stamping? What do you mean by medical furtherance tests? Does it mean, they asked you to take medical examination for the second time?

My status is showing a decision have been made on your file.Already i paid PR fees and sent my passports for stamping.Iam worried is it a positive news or negative news.

They have asked for adaptive skills and IQ testing for my daughter who is 10 years old.She completed it successfully and my Ecas is showing Decision Has been made on the application.Waiting for the reply.

I have some questions...

Is there any chance for refusal after medical? And how long it will take as average after medical done ?

If refusal, is there any chance for appeal ?? And how ??

All replies would be highly appreciated.
