Hi,

Can someone help me ? I received my passport request on 4th Nov and I have to change visa office to New Delhi. My attorney told me that she had sent a request for the change but I have not received any updates on that. Now my deadline is next week and my attorney is not ready to follow up with them until the last day i.e. 3rd Dec. She had lost my PCC in the recent past and I don't trust that she has sent the email to the correct email id or any other possible mistakes. Even though it is frustrating I am stuck with her since I have already paid all the fees. Can anyone tell me if I can send the VO office change email to CIC myself. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I would recommend you to ask your attorney to send CIC a reminder. And may be you try same. I got the reply from CIC when only 1 day was left in to reach the deadline to submit passport.

Did you ask her to forward you the email communication that she sent to CIC for Visa Office Change ?
If not, then do it right away.

& if you find that she has indeed sent the email on the date mentioned, ask her to send follow-up to CIC.

Anyone who sent their passport to Ottawa before receiving reply email from CIC for dependents who are in still India ???
Plz share your experience..
I am planning to send my Passport to ottawa as the 30 day limit is about to end. And still I haven't received any email from CIC for their dependents.

When is it going to end? I received the reply from CIC on almost last day.

Today is 29th Day I received my PPR email and requested them to change the VO for my dependent.
Still NO reply...
Did anyone recently received VO change confirmation email from CIC ???

Thanks

Thnx Latanaidu

Today is 30th Day I received my PPR email and requested them to change the VO for my dependent.
Still NO reply...
I hate this wait....

There is no other option except waiting for their reply. Another thing that I am not sure of is to submit passport to VFS in India with a cover letter and with the same email that you received for stamping the first time. I am not sure if it works or not. And it's needless to say that you have to sent them reminders just in case if you have missed.

Finally after waiting for 40 days I got VO change email...

Very Very Happy :)
Thnx for your support everyone...

Hello friends,

In the PP request it says 2 recent photos,
- but in the detail specification there is no info like photo must be taken within 6 months or so.

Friends, who have got there PP back, could you please share about your photo details that you send to VO.

Do you guys took a new photo after PP request or send the recent photo that was taken within 6 months.

Your advise will be helpful for all others waiting for PP request.

Hi all-

I am living here in USA and my family (wife and two kids) are staying back in Bangladesh. Now, if CPC-O asks for the visa stamping, where should I send the passports of my wife and kids. Should all the passports be sent in a single package.

Thanks again in advance.
Take care
