How many times u hv sent your email and not received automated reply?
Bcoz I have tried to send after 24hrs and even after 48 hrs then also no automated reply.
Plz share your experience.

Jul 17 - ppr mail
Jul 19 - request for vo change
Aug 06 - reminder( got automatic response)
Aug 15 and 19 - reminder( no automatic response)
Aug 21- got mail from Ottawa

1 week to 10 days usually.. Last week I also submitted mine.. Let's hope for the best..

Requested visa office change on 3 Aug. No received any response till now ( no auto reply ).

Get timeline of 60 days to submit passport at visa office.
- Do they consider any extension to this timeline if we don’t get a response in 60 days ? its allready 45 days now
- Is there any way we can acknowledge if my mail is received by CIC ? I have not received any auto reply for my mail dated – 3/8, 19/8 & 25/8.

Seniors please suggest.

I am even worst sutuition than you..
as for me 60 days period is already over but still I didnt got any reply for Visa office change request.
I requested them on 22 June..and still waiting for the reply.

So seniors could you please advise whether I will get extension for stamping in with visa office change request?

Yes. by default CIC asks you to submit everyone's passport in Ottawa. If you are living somewhere else, and cannot find a way to send your passport to Ottawa, then you would have to email them, so that they send you another Passport Request Email, for your local CHC.

I got Ready for Visa Email on 27/7 and requested that my Visa Office be changed on the same day. However, with no reply to date. I sent two reminders yesterday (And received no Auto-Reply Email).

Was wondering how much time this process takes.
