Please clarify me this. I have replied to the 'Ready for visa' email directly (no changes in subject line) for requesting VO change. Is it what you did also or did you sent a separate email with different 'subject' line.

First of all Congrats Nav! It had been a long wait for you.

If you sent ur PP on Wed, you would get it by Mon eve bw 2-4PM. I submitted on Monday and I got it by Fri (Tue was a holiday). Normally on the 4th day after you submit your PP you'd receive them. CHC Delhi is really very quick in dispatching PRs. ALL the very best
