You should contact CIC Ottawa for visa office change. I am not sure if Delhi would take any action on this. Ottawa should give instructions to Delhi. I sent email to CIC Ottawa for visa office change.

Has anybody had luck in getting their visa stamped in CPC-Ottowa with the visa office as New Delhi.I only see the other way around in this thread.I applied for the FSW offshore application and I am currently residing in US but gave the visa office as New Delhi.Appreciate your response guys

You can send it to Ottawa. There is no problem with it. Because all CEC applications are processed at Ottawa.
Just send the PPR email + anything they asked for.

still awaiting for response for CPC.
got request for PPR on 6th
same day requested for vo change to Delhi .

Mabhay..i also mailed them on the same day but havent recieved any reply till now..i was checking the spreadsheet they used to reply within 1 day in march and april.I dnt know whats wrong,why are they taking so long to reply

Hi Nav23 and Mabhay, as this 1st July was 'Canada Day' might be CIC was closed on 30th June (Monday) also, I am not 100% sure, but thinking that way. If so we may get our request within end-of-next week. Fingers crossed.
