Just got my VO change approval from CIC to New Delhi. Applied on June 17th.
They gave me 45 days to complete this.
It was not a long wait as I supposed it would be. Hang on guys yours too might be on the way.

BTW they have sent me a Biodata.PDF which has Application Number, Surname, Given Name, Height, Eye color etc (all blanked out).
Should I fill in these while I submit my passports to ND? They havent said anything about this attachment.

Yes you have to fill it out and send it with your passport. This is called "Appendix A".

Read the email carefully before sending your passport.

Yes Nav23, This was for my wife and me.

Just FYI I sent the VO change email at around 700 AM EST on a Tue morning.

Thanks Roth! they did not mention anything about this Biodata.PDF in the email. However I will fill in the Biodata and send them with the passports + photos + VISA ready and VO change emails copies. I will also write a covering letter if that might help.

I got email about VO change today morning at 9:10ET with a Biodata form attached to it. but only confusion is I just asked them to transfer my wife's Visa printing to New Dehi but in the email they mentioned to send mine as well

I already sent mine to Ottawa on Monday. Replied to their email and told them that I already sent mine to Ottawa and will send my Wife's to New Delhi, need to see when they will reply.

Good thing is, they replied quickly for VO Change, I sent email to change on June 18 and got today, it's about 9 days..

Nice! Yes that was fast, you're lucky! Maybe my words have some magic spells that only works for you. Hehe.. Just like Ashra's words on me. Hehe
I think you did the right thing, sending your passport to Ottawa since you're in canada and visa office change for your wife. It'll work out fine, don't you worry, as ive said, you're almost there!
