Yes - I have no communication from my lawyer. The only letter that was sent to me since 2013 was in July 2013 to show that my application was submitted to Islamabad for processing. I will reapply but I still need to reopen this case to prove my side of the story.

Yea, If your current case opens up again that is a very good thing. I believe CIC will look at it again, If you have strong evidence against the lawyer. I bieleve they will look at it again. I mean CIC can't be that mean if you have all the evidence in your hand. Making your case stronger with as much as evidence as possible. If all the correspondence goes through that lawyer, isn't that possible that your rejection letter would also be sent to him not you directly.? and did you contacted that lousy lawyer, what's his take on the issue.? It was his responsibility to communicate everything what he gets from CIC coz he signed the "representation form".

I called CIC again and explained my situation but the agent said to contact London Visa Office as they can't do anything. Do you know if there's a phone number to contact London? I've sent multiple emails but no one is replying

Yes you are right. Lawyer had to sign the representative form. and It was all lawyers responsibility to communicate information to her. She said earlier posts. "lawyer said, that you are hrassing me and not letting me work". So lawyer isn't helping at all. I told her SUE the lawyer for what he is.

Yes that's exactly what he said. I'm scared to call him but I sent him an email asking to send me the completed IMM5406 which CIC kept on asking since Oct 2014. He hasn't replied.

He will not reply to you now, because he got the money from you already. Plus he is scared that he will get into trouble. Okay, I have been hearing your sad story. First off, I feel sorry for your. Its not ur fault..
But you gotta take some corrective actions now

First is that keep in touch with Mayor, MP and CIC. But I am afraid it will all boil down to nothing coz the rejection reason is because of longer waiting time (docs submission) thanks to your LAWYER who did not acted on time...

Meanwhile, prepare an another outland application as quickly as possible and try to send it .. and let see if it gets the first stage approval or not..
If not, unfortunately, Based on that you can appeal on that and take further actions..

My prayers goes with you..Donot loose hope..but act well in this Contingency period....You can reapply..ok ...no one can make you separate IA

They asked multiple times since October 2014. PFL is something related to Appeal before the case is rejected and closed.
