So applying from other country than your home country makes it difficult to explain your home ties. Besides, VO officer might be interested in knowing ties to your country of residence Oman as well, what is your status in Oman? Are you on a work permit? Is it employer dependent? Does it have an expiry date?

Secondly, issue is with the logical career/education progression too. You would want to apply for a masters degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or something and at a university. VO is probably thinking looking at your good academics and a promising job with 4+ years of experience, you have already gained the benefits of the proposed course and it is not reasonable looking at your profile.

but academics are really impressive. mine are way below his. this is probably not justified why they reject. that way no hope for people like me bad aademics.
Everyone's profile is different. Besides, I think the rejection reasons are not the academics in his case. Low academics can be explained with proper reasoning and the key is to satisfy the VO that you are capable of doing the course.

Yes , i am on work permit right now the work permit is expiring on 9th April 2021 and can always be renewed once it is exhausted by my employed company at every two years.
I have applied for Construction Management Course as it was matching exactly with my profile and program was blend for International working professionals only.

It is advisable to Wait for GCMS notes or I should reapply straight as for Jan intake i am left with no time and i need to apply for refund before January itself.

Graduate Certificate program

@karanveer0911 these are probably the major setback to your application. I have a senior from my office who got admitted to Waterloo University for an MEng program but his visa got refused, stating ties to his home country, as he was working in Bahrain at the time of applying. For his next attempt, he came back to India and that worked for him.

This might be true, but it's really hard to convince the VO that it will add value to your career.

I think you should get GCMS notes before reapplying as chances of rejection for Jan intake are high if you don't address these concerns of the VO.

I read somewhere that applying within a month of your intake will lead to a refusal, so for January intake, there is no time left to apply.
