    firstly IELTS 8 bands? respect! dental hygiene is one step down. not impossible to explain but very very difficult. point number 3 - what is your current job ? what is your age?

    medical will update when they have to update. definitely fine to send 1. 2 will become repetitive. more then that will obviously annoy them. imagine 50,000 students filling in webform again and again for the same query.
