The software are upgraded for the new GCM notes that why the address appear...nothing to worry you will soon get your PP back...

GCMS is Global Case Management System , it replaced CAIPS

It is going to be two months after sending my docs. No response from NDVO so far. I have sent a fax and a case specific enquiry enquiring about the status but they are not responding. My docs was sent on May 7th or 8th. The ecas is inprocess. Any suggestions from anyone? What to do again
Is there any way to know abt my passports and COPR?

Dont worry.
They might be doing some analysis and you know CIC's bureaucratic glitch.
They might have done anything wrong and now an investigation is going on and for reaching a decision they needed your passport.

you have done your part by sending Case specific inquiry and a FAX.

Wait to hear from them.

Do let us know after you get it back.

It is almost two months. I had told them that I was planning to leave by the end of June. I ddnt take an admission this year for my son. He is now at home, not going to school
They told me that they will send it before my travel.
We cant do anythg other than wait.

pls don't take my views negative.. since ur case is unique in itself.. just wanted to know that ....

1.IS it possible that some one ur close friend or ex colleague, having ur process details, envied from u and could lodge a false complaint with the CHC regarding ur experience or qualification.... ...

coz if the file is "IN PROCESS" it clearly indicates that some BAckground checks are on.

If any background checks is going on also, cant they reply to my mail and say that checks are going on and it will take time. If i click on the INPROCESS it says a decision is made on your application. this line hasnt changed at all. Also outside shows canadian and indian mailing adress.

Ask for Capis and GCMS note also cause it can throw some light on your application,
really a tiresome wait for you..Praying for you to soon overcome your hurdles..

1) why the hell they issued u visa in first place, when there was some issue with it.

2) Why did they not give any satisfactory answer for returning of passport?

3) why are they not replying?

4) It cud be a scam, its enough wait, got to NDVO in person.

When I went for interview in NewDelhi, I saw that they wont allow anyone to enter inside without any appointment or proper request. If I go in person will they allow me to do an enquiry

I agree with hope_life.........they are at fault and they have also not given u the right explanation on returning ur COPR and stamped PP.....go there in person
