Yes bro i agree, But in my view she has already waited for 2 months and VO has no sign of replying to her, so might be waiting for CAPIS is good cause at least she will know about her case after 45 days...

COURTESY: MY BROTHER IN LAW WHO WORKS IN IMMIGRATION SECTION SENT AN EMAIL TO US EMBASSY MENTIONING 'IMPOSTER' AS SUBJECT LINE AND DETAILS LIKE ... FRAUD GUY ENTERING US TERRITORY, HIS NAME IS "...... ......." THIS WAS ENOUGH FOR US EMBASSY TO CATCH THE PERSON IN POE...

BEWARE NEVER SUBMIT YOUR INFO ONLINE OR JUST DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU APPLIED FOR PR.....
MANY WORST CASES I HAVE OBSERVED PERSONALLY.....

After a long time in dec NDVO has replied that they are not satisfactory with some documents submitted. April first week i have sent the documents as requested by them. I havent rcvd any reply. My medicals hav already expired in January. In ecas they have removed the Medicals received line. Will they ask me to do medicals again? WIll they ask for any other docs like PCC, fund proof , IELTS etc? as they ll hav expired.

Happened to see this thread only recently. Defenitely, you will be asked for re-medicals.
Dont worry abt IELTS, our's expired long back.

I suppose you will be requested to submit PCC, POF, Medical and might be some updated forms as well.

Just a question regarding visa stamping.

If we are asked to submit our passport to NDVO and if we are not in country at that time , then how do we manage it? Also for how long would they keep our passport?

That depends on the VO. They held my passports for abt 10 months. I rcvd it in dec. I had sent them in the month of feb.

Possible reason is that they issued more visas than their quota or did not finish background checks. In my case they cancelled passport request because they did not finish background checks, but later they gave me my visa.

My status changed to Decision Made on May 3rd and they sent the stamped passports, COPR and original experience certificates and IELTS document on May 4th. Yesterday I mean on May 5th I received a call from Newdelhi immigration section asking me to return all the documents along with stamped passport back as there is some correction to be made in them. I checked all the documents for any errors, unfortunately I couldnt find any. Anyway, I have sent everything back today.
Has this happened to any one? Is it any kind of rejection?
