Visa Office asked to return the stamped visas and COPR back

My status changed to Decision Made on May 3rd and they sent the stamped passports, COPR and original experience certificates and IELTS document on May 4th. Yesterday I mean on May 5th I received a call from Newdelhi immigration section asking me to return all the documents along with stamped passport back as there is some correction to be made in them. I checked all the documents for any errors, unfortunately I couldnt find any. Anyway, I have sent everything back today.
Has this happened to any one? Is it any kind of rejection?

CHC India has more indians working than any other CHC's. Even interviews are taken by the Indians at many occasios. So, Logically it can be guessed that it was done by an indian as Native Canadian officers rarely make mistakes. This is why you get Foreign Western Coaches for your Sporting teams.

I don't get his logic,
I think many VO has many native people working does not mean that you blame all native people for their mistake ..but i will praise NDVO beside its workload it has got the fastest time line to issue visa...where as other VO are issuing rejection letter NDVO has given chance to update the document also...
A foreign coach is added to your native team not because you have a poor coach in your country its just because they bring the technical know how from their country and can make the unbiased decision regarding the selection of players (because they don't have emotional attachment with players only thing is to count their skills)

..But really praying for jeena to get your PP back with mapple stamp and ecas change to DM..like before,

When someone makes a mistake he/she is solely responsible for his own deeds. Of course he has a nation to represent. What you talked about some guys, I got no idea. lived in that country for training purpose for a few months so know a bit, beside that dated a girl here who studies Medicine. I never attacked any nation rather the acts of its hostile national orr its policies against the humanity.
