Paper based I guess. I had to go to VFS centre to submit my file. For online I don't think one has to go to centre, correct me if I am wrong.
Do keep posting the updates. Waiting for something is really difficult.

Hi... Did anyone apply for study visa after 16th March 2019 for September intake, from Jalandhar VFS.
Information regarding the update would be highly appreciated.
It's been more than 10 days and I haven't got any update after the message that stated " Application under processing in IRCC".

I applied for a Canadian study visa under SDS on March 22, 2019, and on 25 I received an email from vfs stating that my file has been received by ircc on 25 and is under process. So I was wondering how long will it before I get a decision about my visa. As my college will be starting May 6 onwards.
My IELTS score is 7

I have applied on 11th March, passed medicals but no update after that.

I have seen people getting visa within 8 to 9 days. ThersTh one user who applied in 13th March I guess and got his visa on 22nd March

Yeah from VFS Punjab and it was paper-based .today I liked it with my CIC account and it is showing that I have passed the medical
