Visa filing for Sept 2019.

I filed on March 8th. Eligibility review started on March 15th

Same..application submitted on 8th March..review started 15th march..but my medical is not updated

Application received at IRCC New Delhi-6th march 2019 (informed through sms and email by VFS)
Biometrics Letter stating its validity sent by IRCC through email- 12th march at 1409 hrs (UCI and Appication number were also written in this letter)
Linked my application with CIC account using UCI and Application number- 12th march at 1500 hrs.
Received email and sms from vfs regarding decision envelope dispatch on 14th march at 1300 hrs.
Passport with visa stamp received inside envelope on 15th march at 1730 hrs.
Online CIC status still showing application in progress.
Visa Issue date is 12th march.

Any idea how many days it will take
I got my swift code on 12/3

to be on safe side, try to apply before 29 as 29 is on friday and next working day for embassy will be 1st april (rule change date).
On my online linked application, it is showing receiving date as 6th march.
and yes i applied on paper.

yh i talked to my consultant IDP they said if i ll submit on 29 march it wont affect my gic// hope for bst really worried... m nt getting any date for biometrics before that

gic with scotia ? I have not paid yet doing this at cibc hoping to get things done by end of march, keeping all this ready just attach and send (am doing this for my cousin)
