Hi everyone
My visa got rejected for my September 2019
I have applied study visa under general category as i had one band less in writing module
My ielts overall is 6.5
L 7 S 6.5 R 6 W 5.5
My 10th 80%
12th 72%
BE civil 72%
My reasons for rejection said specific band travel history course relevant
Now i got a letter from college addressed to ircc
That my program and study and ielts is approved based on my prior academic documents
Im planning to reapply with this letter
What do you guys think??
Is it worth to reapply...since i dont want to retake ielts since i have above average percentage grades when its comes academics

My eligibility review has started already,medical has been passed,no additional documents,biometrics done and no interview!
Any idea how long it gonna take to hear something from their side?

Biometric collection letter: April 30
Biometrics presented: May 2.
Without any movement since then
Letter of correspondence received on May 14.
Approval mail-May 14

Applied on 24 april (Got confirmation after 3-4 hrs. File submitted to IRCC after 2-3 hrs of confirmation).
Biometric req on 25th April morning.
Biometric done 8th May.
Biometric information uploaded after 3hrs on 8may.
Medical passed 10th May.
Eligibility review started after 2hrs on 10 may.
Got correspondence letter yesterday (15th may). How much time for my decision?

Correspondence letter is what?it's biometrics validity letter or acknowledgement letter?
It's Biometric validity letter. (I got student acknowledgement letter on 8th May)
So u will get Ur decision after one day of biometrics letter
