This is my timeline:
Offline - General

Medical on 11th March
Biometrics on 20th March
Application reached Bangalore IRCC on 21st March
Application linked on 28th March
Medical pass on the CIC page on April 4
Biometric Letter on 18th
Approval on CIC portal on 23th

Applied on the 10th April under SDS category offline, biometrics on the same day.
File reached IRCC office on 11th April.
After that no update.
Today on 23rd got the SMS and mail that your passport has been dispatched from IRCC office.
Still don't know whether my visa got approved or not?
