I received the PPR email. I am a citizen of an EU country. I wonder if I am therefore considered "visa exempt". It's not very clear what "visa exempt" means. I don't need a visa to come to Canada for 90 days as a tourist (but I need to fill an eTA form). I would need a visa for other activities such as business, work or studies.
Do I have to send my passport to the VAC, or just a copy?
