I live in europe and have not traveled home to nigeria in the past 7 years because of studies,
Unfortunately, you will not be approved for study permit because of this reason no matter how many times you wish to apply before September 2020.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion in advance, God bless.
Post graduate certificate of 8 months(1 year) at George brown college.
Reasons for the last VISA denial in April was:
1. Based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
2. Based on your personal assets and financial status

I do not have any FAMILY MEMBER in canada (dead or alive) and i expressed it very clearly, I have family in nigeria (both parents and a brother) and parents provided all assets (several lands, several houses, etc).

The 2nd reason, i put means of financial support (family and myself), this was a mistake, because my father had all the money not me, so i understand the 2nd reason and i can fix it,
I am from NIGERIA, My first and second applications where made from Poland- europe(and i was denied with 4 reasons), this last application i made it from Kenya (which represents Nigeria too) and i was denied with these two reasons,

1. Please what should i do now? university has postponed my studies to september due to covid19 and this will be my 4th application if i decide to submit now, I need your help
2. Should i submit this 4th application from Kenya again? or from Nigeria my home country?
3. I do NOT have any family member in canada, HOW do i further explain this to embassy or how do i address this Family ties issue??
Get a Canadian immigration lawyer. In your case, applying again will not help. It certainly would be rejected again.

What you need to do is to get a lawyer to apply to the Federal Court for application for leave and judicial review. But please note that this now takes an awful lot of time because of COVID-19. But your lawyer can expedite it and ask for urgent processing. And the good news is that this case may not even get to reach a judge before the Department of Justice (DoJ) i.e. the government lawyers that would represent the Minister of Immigration, agrees to settle out of court. They essentially ask you to withdraw the suit and that you would be given another opportunity to re-apply, which didn't use to take time, but the bald heads at the Nairobi Visa Office are making it take longer either because of working half capacity due to COVID or they see it as a humiliation on their part.

While Canuck78's advice is right on point with respect to the factors a visa officer considers before making a decision, there are many existing judicial decisions from the Federal Court in recent times that have quashed visa officers' exercise of discretion with respect to some of those considerations as unreasonable way to exercise their discretion. If you get a good lawyer, he might be able to navigate you out of the quagmire you find yourself. After you receive your decision or a concession from the DoJ (who are, by the way, currently overwhelmed and not ready to go to court to challenge a study permit application that has some merit and does not challenge any core principles of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act) retain the same lawyers to help you submit a fresh application. They will include a submission letter laying out the legal reasons, based on the IRPA and the IRPR as well as case law, why you should not be denied the opportunity to study in Canada.

Don't waste your time reapplying again yourself.

Good luck!

Hey I would suggest you apply from your home country and again I must oppose that your ties to your home country are weak plus I have doubts that you submitted a convincing cover letter to show purpose of your travel to canada. If you don't work on those am afraid you will still get denied

Please can you share reason for denial when you applied from Poland ? Asking because I’m planning to apply from Poland.
