Yea man. You know I called CIC on Tuesday and since I had lived in Canada before I had a Canadian phone number and an address on file. So the agent thought I was calling from Canada and after verifying my client ID, DOB & country of birth he placed me on hold. After coming back he said my application was approved and he was telling me the reason why it's taking so long to update I interrupted him and that was a mistake. I inadvertently revealed that I am calling from overseas and I need a letter which I can give to submit my passport. That's when he apologized and asked to exit the call because he can't help me.
