Visa decision update for today

No I am thinking that since I have missed my September session, I will be forfeiting my online application by cancelling it. I will be making a paper application around 20th September through the visa application centre at my local VFS. Wish me luck

How can u forfeit or withdraw from any application? Is that a good option

I applied via online which was a terrible mistake.

I will send a case specific enquiry where I will requesting to cancel my application since it has been long...

Yea man. You know I called CIC on Tuesday and since I had lived in Canada before I had a Canadian phone number and an address on file. So the agent thought I was calling from Canada and after verifying my client ID, DOB & country of birth he placed me on hold. After coming back he said my application was approved and he was telling me the reason why it's taking so long to update I interrupted him and that was a mistake. I inadvertently revealed that I am calling from overseas and I need a letter which I can give to submit my passport. That's when he apologized and asked to exit the call because he can't help me. This service is only people in Canada.

If the longer they take there is a higher likelihood of decision being reversed. Also there is something clogged into their online system. Even those people who've made made paper applications their GCKEY isn't updating either, since they were lucky to apply through paper they had someone to fall back on and they're told to submit their passport when they called them. I went to VFS and they were unwilling to help me..
 
Gotta have to do something. I know having two applications concurrently would cause problems.
