Whats does Visa category PG-a mean? My mom applied for super visa and they issued her PG-1 category visa without requesting medical ?

Please help me clarifying this...

Hello friends, can someone answer me about below.

My parents had supervisa as multiple entry and visa expiry was for about 15 months. Website says it is valid for about 10 years, but not actually on visa itself. So do I have to apply again for new visa or should I buy insurance ?
