I believe your daughter needs authorization to travel under her passport number. Just because you have approval doesn’t mean she does. Didyou apply through your sister or father as family members. If applied through your sister, your daughter doesn’t meet the criteria of extended family. Her application would be refused. You have to complete authorization through your father as your daughter meets the criteria as extended family.
But there was neither acceptance or refusal for her.. there was no word mentioned abt her case.

So you will need to wait for her letter. She has a different passport number from yours.

You should have submitted 2. If your father isn't in Canada your daughter doesn't qualify to come to Canada.

So did you apply for your daughter separately as you should have? Or did you just apply and say I am bring a child? If the latter you may not get any response since your daughter never applied for authorization. Also you applied under your sister who is citizen or PR, correct? If so your daughter would not be eligible.

Your daughter needed her own application. It's unclear if the government will do a separate application for her. If your father isn't in Canada your daughter doesn't qualify to travel.

Assume you may have changed your plans. Travel is still for essential purposes. If your father is not currently in Canada it is unclear whether your daughter would be approved even if he is travelling with you. This is not the time for large family visits. Is she of school age? Could she stay with your spouse or other relatives?

As per current guidelines, dependants and spouses of an extended family member don’t qualify under this exemption. Only you do. This is on the website and also posted on IIRC’s Twitter account as many have been asking the same question. Scroll through questions. You need an authorization letter if you plan to travel without your family. Twitter
