i got an e-mail today from vienna sayinging my passport and corp are ready for pick uo, i called dhl,fedex and ups but no body does prepaid pick up unless u have a company of something they sed.

so vienna are gonna send it tru registered mail, i got DM on ecas on jan 12, got ppr on jan 19, passport received on jan 24, VISA ISSUED feb 07.

also mycic updated today to closed and approved when vienna send me the e-mail that my passport was ready for pick up. ;D

booked a flight to toronto on 27 march, so hopefully i wil have my passport back then

its ok you can see what they wrote on your case even though you got approved it usually takes 30 days for the notes to come

I write to them every month and I get the same standard response that the file is under review and final decision.

We looked GCMS notes. The PR and ARC applications have not yet been finalized.
The PR application process started in December 2012. The ARC in August 2015. This is processing time is unusually long, 52 months!!!!
The case status opened, but the CPC Vegreville never not sent to AOR because was cancelled. Why?

I note , my husband was deported from Canada and
a PR application status was in process, but is information long time was hidden, not was visible on the e-CAS, only after when deported him. I sent lot of message to VO Vienna. If come response every response is same. I think someone intentionally manipulates
the PR applications. I need a Canadian lawyer and a journalist, because is application process and review have stopped, 2 years nothing not happen and for some reason this two application has not finalized, the decision is delayed.

If your husband was deported from Canada, there is a very very slim chance that they will accept him back. I have friends who kept getting rejected and they refiled again and again until they gave up. I do recommend getting a lawyer because 52 month long process is very fishy.

I send the email via case inquiry from cic page. I believe so. But I heard the processing time counts from the time the file is transferred to visa office which was 1 March 2016. In GCMS notes, it says the eligibility assessment due date is 1 March 2017. I am hoping by then they will maybe get in touch with me.

Our application is also from December 2015, and we are still waiting to hear back after being requested to pay the PR fees and removal fees for ARC back in November 2016. Our due date is also coming up in two weeks, so I'm curious if we will get any any news by then too. How long does it usually take to get a response via case inquiry?
