Hey everybody, it's been a while since I didn't write here, probably more than half a year. A lots of things happened in these pased months, good and bad also, but now after 21 months of waiting finally IT'S OVER!
Few of you probably remember my smaller story, but I'll write it down now for those who are maybe newer to this forum than me. I write it down to give hope for all of you guys, because there is no impossible. Never give up when it's about to be with your loved one. If you truly believe on it, if you stay optimist then you'll get that amazing reward you were fighting for.
To start t the beginning of the story, when I was still minor, me and my family arrived to canada as refuggees. Few of you probably knows what it means exactly and how it's going with the immigration. To not make it too long, after 3 years of being in Canada, the immigration refused me and my family as refugees and they made a deportation order on us which was determined in October 2012. It was probably the most horrible day of my life. The whole immigration thing, many weeks of fighting to try to stay in Canada, it made me, my family and also my husband really exhausted on that time. We were only few months married at the time when they returned me to Europe. It was a really big break in both our lives. To be that far from your loved one is not something what anybodz should experience.
As you think, of course we didn't give up on our love. As soon as they returned me to Europe, me and my husband started to work on to send a sponsorshipm application. We were in a harder situation sinxce I was a refused refugees and also deported from the country. We obviously needed a lawyer to make the file stronger and more clear to the immigration. We found a descent one, sometimes helpful sometimes really dumb and also really expensive as most of the lawyers. We sent the complete application at the middle of december and they recieved at the end of the year.
We got the first letter from them on the in february 2013 about that they transferred our file to Vienna. The fun just started here since on thta time th processing time for Vienna office was "only" 10 months. We really hoped it can be done as soon as possible and even to return in 2013. Of course it didn't happen, we didn't get any news until february 2014. We've got an e-mail from Vienna to renew my police certificate inh the subject to comple the application for permanent residency. I did as well, run to the police and ask the up to date certificate, translated it and sent it back to Vienna. 2 week later they contacted us again, asking to go and pass trough a 2nd medical exam. We were kind of wondering why they could not ask both thin at the same time, but well, I went for the doctor as soon as I could and in 2 weeks Vienna recieved it's confirmation. From the time of this Vienna went back to quiet mode and give a sign of life only at the middle of May, asking for more proof of relationship such as visits, pictures, conversations bla bla. We were a bit angry to see they are playing with us, but what could we do, we sent them what we could. And again 2 month of silence, until the end of June. Surprisely the lawyer called us and let us know that he has in hhis hands the Confirmation of Permanent Residency paper and my husband need to just send me as soon as he can. Of course he did the day after and I got it in few days, so we tought we ar ready to buy an air ticket for me. But we had to wait still. As a deported immiugrant, I eeded a special authorization from CBSA called ARC - Authorization to Return to Canada. For this thingy we needed to pay a fee at the time when they contactedd us in February and they said I don't need to fill any special paper for it, they will care about to send to the other section of the visa office who cares about thsese applications. We payed it on that time, but we didn't get the paper at the same time as ythe conformation for permanent residebncy, so my husband contacted Vienna to kno what is going on. They answered pretty fast, saying that the ARC document will be sent in 2 days. I got this paper 2 weeks after the COPR.
Now I am here in Canada since few days, finally the waiting is over. At the airport when I landed the CBSA officer was really kind and helpful, explained everything what I needed to know. It wasn't taking more than 20 minutes with the officer and I could exit the airport, so there I definetly had a good experience which I was again surprised about.
I wish the best for all of those who are still waiting for their decisions. As I said, ther is no impossible, never give up guys, because the love wins against everythings.
