I am mainly concerned for our time limitations. Aspa my mate is going to have our baby at the end of September. if I hear from Vienna till then, then i am going to move on to Canada two months after, guess around November. Aspa's medicals expire January 31 and hopefully by then they approve her. When i am there i will find a job eventually rent an apartment and a little bit after New Year she and the baby can come and be with me in Canada.
All the above is wishful thinking because maybe Vienna has other plans for us!

smoovnitsa i heared sometimes the London will take forever to send the results to Vienna embassy , i remebreed that when they told to us it can take from 1 - 3 months to get the answer from them,
si your backround checks done , because that it can take 1-6 months ,

last yr according to electronic notes medical took 2 months

We received 2nd stage AOR on the 2nd of November. I was pregnant during my medical exam, therefore I completed the exam after our son was born (I did the X-ray on april 3rd). Otherwise we would have received our COPR earlier.

Vienna office only send me an e-mail that they had received the application. And then today I received the COPR by mail.

I hope you guys get soon answer from the Embassy! Hang in there!

I'm already in Canada wit my husband, we are planning on flagpoling in the next week. (living in Edmonton area).

I send them an "Case Specific Inquiry" informing them of the pregnancy and also told them that she (at that time) was having a very difficult pregnancy "Hyperemesis Gravidarum" the only reply I got was an automated one informing me that I should not send another email about this for the next 28 days. (I guess they reply like this to everyone)
I think that I am going to give up on them and just sit and wait...What else I or anyone can do really?

my husband is looking now for the job , i hope he will find fast, here in windsor is not a lot easy to find a job , and the first time job is really hard, we are in our apartment , how is your hsuband doing , you are right i feel like sometimes i need to check Ecas and see what is going own,
hope everyone who is waiting for the papers are going to have soon , and not to wait like us

he'll find something soon enough, don't worry, it's all new to him, he needs time to adjust, I know Windsor is tough for jobs. My husband is doing great, he just started working this week, he loves it. A lot of good changes in the past few months, we finally moved on from our "waiting mode"...

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this strike thing is old news. Something that had to do in April!

I believe it is only a protest and not an actual strike move!
