How do I know when Vienna receives remedical from Ottawa? Does Vienna email me? Or maybe they issue right away COPR?

Hi everyone just wanted to inform you my husband landed today!! It was a very smooth landing no troubles at all, the immigration office didn't ask him any questions and he was on his way.

Good luck to everyone still waiting, don't be discouraged your time will come. Wish you all the best.

Waikiki they should update eCas my husbands status was just updated with medical results received and he did his second medical at the end of October

Thanks lonely, but how can you differ between 1st medical and second medical? For the 1st it says medical received, but that was 1 year ago...
hey, you are also waiting so long, did they ask from you a new police certificate as well? My husband did his too jujsy a few wekks ago, hopefully they will receive his too soon.

Congrats to everyone who received good news!!

I have a question, maybe it's a silly one, but here it goes:

I'm checking my ecas every few days and on Wednesday, it suddenly seemed to look different on the top. On the left side it states the "current home address" and on the right side it states the "current mailing address". What looks different to me is that I believe when I checked my ecas before, it was only stating one address on the left and the right space was empty... Can anyone tell me if I'm wrong and it should always show two addresses? Of course I would like to think they added my mailing address now because they are ready to send out my COPR ;D Well, I guess I'm just looking for a sign. :) But it would be nice if someone could clarify that for me.

Thank you!! (PS: I'm the applicant. I logged in with my husbands UCI and there's only one address - "current home address" on the left side and the right side is empty - that's how I remember mine to look like.)

that's good news indeed! :-) mine did the same... for the longest time I had only one "current mailing address" and then suddenly the second part appeared... and for me it read "Vancouver, BC, Canada," ( nothing else) which was where we indicated we would live when arriving in Canada... and 8h later my ecas changed to "decision made"....probably before you only had "current mailing address" on the left, and it moved to the right to make space for "current home address". As soon as you see Canada there, then it's all good! :-) You should hear very soon!
Fingers crossed,
Sweden

Ok guys. Newbie here..

Confused bout one thing. Medica exam papers. I've contacted my local panel ph. And he said that AFTER application is submitted I'll get some IMM 1017 form via email (prob with AOR) and just then I have to do it. In guide (3999 - application outside Canada - 3901 western europe) states that i have to apply WITH med exams in my application! So confused. Have you done med exam twice? I saw that all of you did med exam BEFORE aplication, and, if needed, you additionaly gave some additional required info. So what to do? I'm still unclear and confused, as probably majority was when aproached visa paperwork!

Thanks a lot!

Yes that could be a good sign :-) especially once the current home address changes to the canadian one, then you know "DM" should be there or coming soon and COPR will be issued soon too.
Finally something is happening with your case!

And congrats to everyone else that had good news!!!!

It seems to me that your panel physician is confused between outland and inland processing. For outland - when you go and take the medicals exam, you walk out of the office with a greenish paper, with your picture on it, and signed by the physician, that proves that you have taken the medical exams - that's the one that you send together with your application to prove that your medicals have been done. The results itself go straight to your VO and they "wait" there for your file, once the sponsorship has been approved, your file goes to the VO and it gets matched with your actual medical results..
Good luck,
Sweden

I guess like sweden the physician might be confused :-P lol i dont know. But yes if you do your papers fresh, the first time, you do the medical exam BEFORE you send all papers, cause you will receive a copy from your physician, that you send with your papers to CIC. They need that to see you have done the medical! and to be able to match it up with your file later as sweden said, its "waiting" there till your papers arrive. If they want later on a re-medical, then they will send you papers first and those you take to the physician. How inland application works with medical, i dont know, this is how it goes for outland.
